Business, Marketing and Sales Workshop: When you make a booking through the website, admin is notified with an email of your booking. A return email will be sent to acknowledge receipt and an approximate turnaround time for your session. Please allow for weekend bookings when the office is closed.
Please note: At these interactive workshops we encourage you to bring your own laptop (not iPad or tablet). You will have the opportunity to network with others, so bring business cards!
Cancellation Policy: Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge. An admin fee will apply for missed trainings. Regrettably no refunds can be made except if the event minimum numbers are not reached.
Please Note: This workshop requires a minimum of 5 attendees to go ahead – if the minimum attendee number is not reached, a full refund or credit of the training fee paid, will be given to attendees who have already paid. Accommodation and travel is booked at the risk of the attendee.
SMILE! Your attendance at events may be digitally recorded through photographs and/or video recordings. Images may be used on our websites, publications, and social media or by other media and marketing channels. If you do not wish your image to be published, please notify staff before the event.
Monthly Breakfast / Lunches: Refunds for the monthly breakfast / lunch payments are available in full up to 48 hours prior to the day of the function unless otherwise notified. Your payment can be banked for one month if the restaurant allows admin to change numbers within that 48 hour period. Should you be unable to attend the next month lunch, your payment will be forfeited. Any fees from your merchant will be your responsibility.
Masterminds and Mentoring: Due to the nature of the program and the value, we will have spoken about your suitability for the mastermind and also one on one mentoring before committing to payment. You are permitted to change your mind within the 10 day cooling off period if you make a payment in full prior to the mastermind or the mentoring program starting. After that 10 day cooling off period, your payment becomes final. A partial refund of 50% will be provided if at the end of week one of the program you no longer wish to participate. There is no entitlement to a refund after week one.
If you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).
We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Digital Entrepreneurs Organisation will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
